Sa mga namamasyal sa mall especially sa mga SM MALLS kapag may mga nassalubong kyong sales rep. na may dalang payong at nagtatanong kung may bank account, credit card o check kyo...mas ok kung sabihin nyo na lang na wala rather than saying yes at ubusin ang oras nyo dahil lang sa pakulo nilang free na payong at mga raffle games!! I dont know what the exact word para idescribe yung nangyari sken last sat. sa SM PAMPANGA because of the people here in DANVIL PLANS INC. sobrang nabadtrip talaga so ginawa nila lalo na yung isang employee nila na AIR HEAD na si IAN PAUL TOLENADA!!! ganito yung modus operandi nila:

naglalakad ako sa mall may lumapit sken na sales rep. he asked me kung may credit card ako..i said YES kse ang akala ko isa sila sa mga nangungulit na sales rep. sa mall pra mag-apply ka for another credit card sa isang company..then nabigla ako nung sinabi nila na "Congratulation ma'am nanalo po kyo ng free payong dahil may credit card po kyo..sa una hesitant akong tanggapin and then nahalata yata nila kaya sinabi nila sken na wala daw money involved" so tinanggap ko yung umbrella and sinabi nila na kailngan nilang makuha yung name ko for verification plus maglalaro pa daw ako for another game pra makuha ko yung jackpot..honestly gusto ko na talagang umuwi that time and sinabi ko na d na ko interesado..sobrang pinlit nila ko,,,nung isosoli ko na yung umbrella ayaw na nilang kunin ito at pinilit na talaga nila ako..nagdahilan ako..nagpunta ako sa comfort room pro inabangan pa rin nila ako..and nagmakaawa yung sales rep. na pumayag na ko at maawa na daw ako s knya kse kailangan nyang maka-quota..sana naman daw maintindihan ko yung nature ng work nila at time ko lng daw ang hinihingi nilang tulong pra maka-quota sya..nakunsesya nya ko kahit sobrang gusto ko na talagang umuwi..pro kahit ano gawin ko ayaw nya ko bitawan at inakbayan na nya ko pra pumunta sa office nila at makinig daw sa 45 minutes talk before the game..ayaw ko na talaga pro talagang ang higpit ng hawak nya sken papunta dun so wala talaga akong kawala..in the first place naawa na din ako s knya kse alam kong mahirap yung work nya.pagdating sa office nila nagpakilala sken yung isang sales rep.. yun nga si Ian Paul Tolenada..lam ko na kung ano mangyayari sa loob..may idea na ko na ieexplain nila about yung company nila at aalukin ako ng insurance..kahit sobrang naubos na talaga yung oras ko hinabaan ko na lang yung pasensya ko...ang haba ng mga litanya nya about sa company ang daming paligoy-ligoy eh mag-aalok lng naman ng insurance..pinahalata ko na hindi talaga ko interesado pro ganun pa man naging professional ako..nakinig pa rin ako kahit lampas 45 minutes na ang pageexplain nya..sa tottoo lng naiinis na ko nung mga time na yun kse uuwi pa ko ng tarlac pro hindi man lang nya naisip na sobrang naabala na ko..nakakainis pa alam na nga nyang wala na ko sa mood panay pa ang question nya sken at pangaral kung pano daw mag-save ng pera...the bottomline here nung nararamdaman nya na na hindi talaga ko interesado puro pangiinsulto na yung mga sinabi nya..like....

---sa edad mong yan 25 years old??wala ka man lang na-save??u knw what im already 25 and yet i have my savings, own car and my own condo!

---sa tingin mo anong mararamdaman ng parents mo pag may nangyari syo ngayun sa labas? "eh talagang ganun dats life yun ang gusto ni lord na mangyari hindi ko naman kagustuhan..syempre malulungkot sila", "no, yung parents mo madidisapoint syo kse namatay ka ng wala ka man lng iniwan sa knila!!

--hindi ka ba nahihiya sa sarili mo? matanda ka na wala ka pang napapatunayan sa sarili mo!

---magkano ba laman ng atm mo? "secret. wala!" "kahit piso wala?" "eh hindi ko pwde sabhin bakita ba? " ok kung hindi mo kaya yung insurance namin na 36k, 6k yung kiddie plan na lng na 60pesos/per day..hindi naman sa minamaliit kita siguro naman hindi na mabigat syo yan..

"tapusin na natin to sir, sayang lang po pagod nyo hindi po ako interesado sa compnay nyo..i have my own way of saving my money"

---wait lang ma'am try lang natin ask sa bank mo 2 mins lang.." im not ineterested ok!"..

--(hindi pa nakahalata..) pero ma'am nagustuhan nyo po ba yung company namin naiintindihan nyo ba pag-explain ko? "oo sobrang pag-eexplain nga ginawa mo at pati buhay ng may buhay pinanghimasukan mo! at d mo nga napansin na below the belt na pinagsasasabi mo...

---(hanggang sa kung ano-anong pang-iinsulto na ang mga pinagsasabi nya) tumayo na ako then binitbit ko mga dala ko sabay sinabi pa nya na.." mas mahal pa nga yang mga pinagbibili nyo ma'am kesa sa monthly ng insurance namin...

---binalik ko yung payong..tumayo na ako at umalis sabay sinabi ko na " pra sa libreng payong??hindi nga kyo nagpabayad iinsuktuhin nyo naman pla mga tao pag hindi kukuha ng insurance nyo..

BE PROFESSIONAL MA'AM!! maupo nga kyo d2 hindi pa tyo tapos!!

 

---at sino sya pra pigilan ako??sino sya para tanungin kung magkano ang laman ng bank account ko??at mas lalong SINO sya pra pakiaalaman ang buhay ko!! isa lang masasabi ko..PUTANGINA MO IAN PAUL TOLENADA!! WALA KANG RESPETO SA TAONG KAHARAP MO!! at sa DANVIL PLANS INC. MAGSARA NA KYO KUNG HINDI NYO ALAM KUNG PAPANO MAG-ADVERTISE NG COMPANY NYO SA MATINONG PARAAN..

--hindi naman yata tama yung iinsultuhin nila yung tao pag alam nilang hindi interesado sa insurance company nila!! at ako pa sasabihan nyo ng be professional??? kung hindi ko pinairal ang pagiging professional ko hindi sana tyo umabot ng ganito..sobrang respeto ko sa trabaho nyo nakinig ako,,,nag-aksaya ako ng oras pra lang pagbigyan kyo..pro hindi ko deserve yung ginawa nyo!! ininsulto nyo ko!! and one thing IAN PAUL TOLENADA!! Ateneo Grad ka! nakakahiya ka!! sinisira mo reputasyon ng mga tga-Ateneo!! at wag mong ipagmalaki yang condo at kotse mo eh so what??bakit ka nagtyatyaga sa bulok na sistema ng company nyo??!!Mahiya ka sa sarili mo!! You should know how to respect! bago mo ipagmalaki kung sino ka!! Mahiya ka sa sarili mo!!  i hope wag sana kyong mabiktima sa mga gantung klaseng modus operandi ng insurance company!! good thing hindi ako umabot sa pag swipe ng atm/credit card kung hindi nakuhanan nila ko ng pera..and then after ng lahat ng to nag-searched ako sa google about this company ang dami na plang naloko..so sana wag kyo mapabilang sa mga ginago nito..

This happened to me to.Parehong pareho kahapon April 23 2008. The only difference is that the place is SM Megamall. The name of that So called All knowing person was MARY GRAYZE ROSAGARAN and their manager Joan Malit (I am not sure about the spelling). Talagang pinagmalaki pa niya na may pre school sya sa Caloocan and that she earns 18,000 per week compared to my Cheap ass 10k per month...Sobrang degrading. What they do is to aim your weakness...para kang ihi-hypnotize and later on ibibigay mo sa kanila credit card mo para i sipe so they could take initial P7, 600 from you..buti na lang nag exceed na credit limit ko. I was saved by my own bank liabilities. Anlabo noh? Kahapon pa ko nanggagalaiti sabi ko may araw kayo saken...Thank God i found this Blog..

kahapon i went to megamall to buy present for my mom for mothers day, ang what the fuck, i was really on my way home and then suddenly my lumapit n bding sa kin saying n because its SM 50th anniv i got a gift...
and because he said na sandali lng naman un so i said yes, and then nung andun na sa loob, sabi ko sa consultant na si JAMES OCAMPO n im not interested, i wasted 3hrs of my time there, i have no way to scape its like im mypnothized, i gave my card and then boom!!! 7600 instant!!!
and whenim on the bus on my way home.parang dun lang ako natauhan... it was really fucking shit for me... i told him na i already have an insurance plan with greapalife, ang hindi ko lng maiintindihan is kung bakit they have to autodebit it from our cards as with my greaplife insurance i have to pay it through bank... i also known MARY GRAYZE ROSAGARAN she was my schoolmate p nga from elementary... fuck shit talaga, paguwi ko i immediately called citibank to report my card as stolen, but what i can do nkakuha n cla sakin ng 7600...

Guys and girls, i think this woman is going to be a big help...

this is a personal message sent in by Ms. Hipolito para sa akin..and i believe that if i share this to everyone, napakalaking tulong sa atin.

Dear Dizzy,

I saw your rantings re: Danvil Plans and Ms. Malit and Ms. Rosagaran.

We have already filed a complaint against Ms. Malit and Ms. Rosagaran regarding this business practice. I am representing a "planholder" who has the same gripes as you.

This morning, we already met with Danvil's in-house counsel, their CSR, Ms. Rosagaran and Ms. Malit for a conference. We expect a feedback from their counsel next week.

According to their in-house counsel, it is simply unacceptable for their sales manager and consultant to keep a prospective planholder inside their office for more than 2 hours. It is more unacceptable if they refuse to cancel the contract, if cancellation was sought. Any improper language from the sales consultant is also unacceptable. They assured us that they are taking this matter very seriously, and will suspend or terminate erring employees if they find valid grounds to do so.

I suggest that you lodge a formal complaint against Ms. Rosagaran and Ms. Malit, and push for the cancellation of the contract (if you signed one). You may contact the head office of Danvil Plans should you wish to file a formal complaint.

laging tinitira tung company na to ni tulfo pero wala pa rin silang magawa..its because the business is legal, registered sa SEC and DTI..pro mali nga lng talaga yung way nila to advertise kse nanloloko na sila ng tao..

Just this morning, lumabas ang engineering-side ko, nagcompute ako. Meron sila model plan diba. Eto yung pagkakaintindi ko, may initial deposit na 144T then 460/day which is equivalent to 13,800/month for 7years. Yun ang sabi diba as far as I can remember. Therefore: (13,800 x 12 x 7) = 1.2M + yung initial deposit na 144T = 1.3M ! Sabi nila makakakuha ka ng 1M in 15 years! 1M lang! E mas malaki pa yung dapat naipon mo in 7 years! Anung mangyayari sa 8years pa? Patutubuin nila sa bangko sila makikinabang! That is, kung magpatuloy pa business nila at hindi papalit palit ng pangalan. Sabi ko na nga ba may mali eh. I actually asked for a calculator while nageexplain yung "consultant". Grabe sila, grabe experience ko last night, to the point na ayaw ko ng ilabas credit card ko! Ayos pa ng pagkakasabi nila sa pag-swipe eh, if my credit card would be "Honored". Magiging "savings" card daw yung credit card ko. These days, may isang taong nanggugulo sa website ko tungkol sa mga reklamo ko sa Danvil Plans. Nagreklamo kasi ako sa SEC tungkol sa mga ill-practices nila. Kesyo wala daw akong mararating. Tapos nung sinabi kong sumulat na ang SEC sa assistant vice president nila, sabi ba naman, bakit di daw ako mag-apply sa kanila as SALES REPRESENTATIVE!

Kayo na po bahala mag-judge.

Because I'm a planholder may deductions ako from them hanggang Berkley decided to sold their shares to Danvil. This is so depressing do you have any idea how can I get my money back? It's been a year, so suma-total mga more than 15 thousand na ang payments ko. After receiving a letter from Danvil this afternoon about the info sa Legacy I decided to terminate my contract with them once and for all, ang problem ko lang is I'm not sure kung mag-response sila sa mail kasi this morning I was trying to call their call center para mag-inquire pero yung lines nila laging busy...parang imposible naman yata. Ayokong umabot sa point na nasa legacy na yung plan member pa rin ako at may deductions. Please if anyone of you were members of this company longer than me I need your help. Sana magtulong-tulong tayo na makuha ang pera natin kasi mahirap talagang mag-earn na money. I really don't feel good about Danvil Plans pero they force me, just like everyone of you, and I feel bad afterwards. On the lighter side I gave them the benefit of the doubt, dapat pala hindi. Last year, sa SM Southmall ako naka-encounter ng agent nila (Family First pa) I was there in the afternoon nakaauwi na ako, 11pm! Sana naman I can get any reply/responses kung paano ma-discontinue ang contract ko with them, at eventually makuha ang pera ko. Thanks!

i was searching google about Danvil scams at dito ako napadpad. A while ago ako rin na biktima niyan, umabot sa point na na-swipe na yung card ko. good thing almost ubos na rin limit ko.. when my mom knew that i was at danvil, sinugod ng mom ko yung danvil office sa sm and told me to cancel the transaction. nagwalkout kmi and ayun pinigilan kami nung isang staff at parang binastos pa mom ko. Mabuti na lng tinarayan ng mom ko tlga yung staff tapos pinunit pa yung papel which i have signed earlier. Now, i'm planning to cancel the credit card they swiped.. extension lng rin nmn yun eh ^^..

DanVil my arse... Akala mo related sa DanVille, Virginia, USA, yon pala Danilo Villanueva lang. Akala ko nga Housing project eh, o kaya Credit Card company, yon pala tae lang na insurance.

Di ko kailangan nang insurance nyo mga ul*l. I have savings accounts sa MetroBank and BDO (which I believe are much larger organizations than DanVil), and if I die, the company I work with will pay my family 54x my monthly salary. At may maxicare HMO card ako, patay na kung patay, hindi problema nang family ko ang gastos kung saka sakali. At kung may pera ako to invest 13k a month for your freakin insurance, mag bili nalang ako nang condo, tapos benta ko after 7 years, pareho din Milyon makukuha ko, tpaos nagamit ko pa nang 7 years yong condo, eh ang insurance magagamit ba before 7 years?... Stupid...

Kung pina pa invest kayo nang 13k a month, mag condo nalang kayo. O kaya mag negosyo. O kaya mag time deposit. O kaya ibili nyo nang 100 na payong, tapos pag inalok kayo nang isa, alokan mo rin nang dalawa, hahaha, funny.

grabe... i'm so low today. kahapon lang ako nabiktima ng DANVIL na yan... i had high hopes pa naman sa kanila that they will be able to help me save money for my future. pero ngaun na nag search ako bout them, puro negative ang lumabas.

i was also "victimized" like most of you. hinarang din ako sa SM North Ed. okay naman ung mga employees na kumausap sa kin though, ganoon din ung mga spiel nila na mejo nakakainsulto. like, "23 ka na wala ka pang savings? kailangang kailangan mo nga ito!"

sadly, 9500 ang nakuha nila sa akin and i don't have any idea kung paano ko ito babawiin. nakaka brainwash kasi cla habang kausap tapos bigla nlng hihingin ung credit card mo and ang sabi ita try daw kung papayagan ako ng HSBC na i debit nlng ung 9500. ang akala ko they will inform me first kung pinayagan na ng HSBC na idebit nga ung 9500 un pla pag swipe automatic na un. so i asked the sales rep sabi niya pinayagan na un kasi na swipe na. ganoon lang ba un?

lumagpas din cla sa sinabi nila na 45 minutes na presentation time daw nila. may lakad kasi aq nun at ayaw tlg q pakawalan hangga't hindi ako kumukuha ng insurance nila. mga 3 hours din nila ko hinold at mukhang kung hindi pa ko kumuha, hindi tlg nila ko pakawalan. bad trip tlg... nung pauwi na ko, saka lang siya parang nag sink in...

sabi nila ma credit daw ung 9500 na un sa credit card ko after 45 days. puwede ko ba ipa cancel na lang ung credit card ko bago pumasok ung 9500? hindi ba ko mapeperwisyo ng kung ano anong legal issues kung i pa cancel ko na lang ung credit card ko bago ma credit ung 9500? help, please... thanks!

By the way, despite the fact this is way shameful enough to unravel this, I am one of the planholders of Family First Inc., which is now called Danvil Plans Inc. You want to find out how did that happened? Check their website.

Here's how it goes, I've started signing with them 2 years ago. And the scenario? just the same as what you and your fellow forumers experienced. The 30-40 mins will become 2 hours and they will agitate you until you sign up. The first one I've signed up was Future Provider Plan. I was not supposed to sign up, but since I want to show something that could help my family in the future, I signed up even against my own will. I was throwing tantrums inside the premises because nahihirapan akong mag-decide. Hindi pa ako ready mag-sign up noon kasi I was jobless that time and paano ako magbabayad ng credit card ko, 'ayt? When I was about to decline, biglang umasim ang mukha ng isang agent doon "Bakit ka magba-back-out"? And ang lalaking agent na nagbenta sa akin, nangangantsing. If I was motherfucking bitchy that time, nag-scandalo na ako run.

A couple of few months ago, they have used the same instrument.... a couple of weeks after my birthday.... birthday gift kuno plus prizes daw pero bebentahan ako ng Family Shield. Ni hindi man lang ako na-inform na wala akong makukuha sa Family Shield kung hindi pa ako kukumbidahing pumunta the third time with their usual instrument. Doon na ako nagsimulang mag-doubt, pinalagpas ko lang. Then resentments starts. Until my birthday of 2007. When I've shown anger to a particular agent, biglang defensive ang banat niya. Parang pinamumukha niyang I was not welcome to make her assist me or something to that effect. All those months, hindi ko pinaalam sa Mom ko. When my dad informed my mom that I have an "insurance", na-amaze ang mom ko until I made her read my documentations. Na-praning ang mom ko that it was a scam. She urged me to take care of this pero pinalagpas ko pa rin because gusto ko pa rin ibigay ang tiwala ko sa Family First and how will I start? Baka kapag tumawag ako biglang mag-defensive ang mga agent sa phone.

This time, biglang nagpalit ng pangalan ang FFI to Danvil... and couple of months later, here is the content of the NOTICE TO PUBLIC

This letter was supposed to be my opportunity to terminate the "plan" I have. You know what, kung ipapa-terminate ko, 10% lang ang makukuha ko or Php3000+++ after all those 2 years of paying it???? Putang-Ina! Saan nila dadalhin ang pera ko? When I've asked them about why did that happened, he proceeded "heto po... ang kagandahan nito, kahit ma-transfer hindi mababago ang plan chenes-chenes". May nabanggit siya regarding issues with SEC pero hindi ko matandaan kung ano iyon. Alam mo when I told him na gusto kong ipa-terminate, parang makakapag-maktol siya dahil i-ter-terminate ko ang plan, tapos pinakiusapan daw nila mga planholders nila na huwag ipa-terminate ang plan.

Beyond my knowledge, my mom happened to read this. She started gettin' frantic, because she believed that doon pa lang, makikita that the company was not stable. Buti sana kung Phil-Am ang pinasok ko. Another thing, hindi sikat ang Berkley International. Pacific Plans nga raw bumagsak paano kaya kung ang mga unheard company like that?
